Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to bid for Newcastle United fullback Mathieu Debuchy.
The Mirror says Wenger is targeting Newcastle's Mathieu Debuchy in an £8million move.
Wenger sees the France World Cup right-back as the perfect replacement for Bacary Sagna, who has quit Arsenal after seven years to join Manchester City.
Debuchy, 28, has already voiced his determination to play in the Champions League, and that has alerted Arsenal.
