Arsenal skipper Gallas unhappy with style excuse

William Gallas has made a thinly-veiled swipe at Arsenal's stylists as he faces finishing another season trophyless.

The Gunners captain barked: "For me the most important thing is to win - not playing well and still losing. For me, for everyone, for the fans, the most important thing is to win something.

"We are not far away from winning something but we have to think about what we can do next season.

"Maybe I will change what I say - instead of saying I want to win everything I will say 'We will see'.

"But I'm a competitor and I want to win everything. You only remember the people who win some trophies.

"For the players and for the fans I think it's very important to get some cups. This year we started very well but didn't finish well."
