Although Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas will miss the rest of this season with a small crack in his right fibula, it is not all bad news for the Spaniard.
Fabregas was injured late in the 2-2 draw with Barcelona on Wednesday night and his worst fears were confirmed when a fracture was detected, sidelining him for the rest of the Gunners' Premier League and Champions League campaigns.
But with the time out expected to be up to six weeks, Fabregas will have very chance of getting back to full fitness to be selected for the Spanish World Cup squad for the world's biggest sporting event in South Africa later this year.
