Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas says Spain see England as their biggest threat for next year's World Cup.

He said: "You can see England have a great team. We know that well and with Fabio Capello they've improved a lot.

"Their play is more compact, their defence has made it more difficult to score against them and they will be one of the major candidates for the World Cup, I'm sure.

"England have always been dangerous in attack and strong in defence, but now they also touch the ball more in midfield.

"They are more complete and not playing only long balls. They will be tough opponents.

"Spain respects everyone, but we know that if we continue at this level we can win more."
