Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas has dismissed criticism from Real Madrid's Lassana Diarra of manager Arsene Wenger.

"I worked with him for six months," said Cesc. "It is normal that when a player does not play and he is sold, he says things that maybe he did not think would offend.

"He is very good player and surely he learned (from Wenger)."
