Arsenal have been shocked by PSG's asking price for Adrien Rabiot.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger had hoped to welcome Rabiot to London this week for talks over personal terms after tabling a €7 million offer to PSG.
But RMC says PSG have thrown out that bid, insisting Rabiot will only be sold for €25 million.
Both Wenger and Rabiot's camp are shocked by PSG's stand, with the 19 year-old now inside the final year of his contract and free to commit to a pre-contract from January 1.
Arsenal will attempt to talk down PSG's valuation before the market shuts at the end of the month.
