Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger intends to add another midfielder to his squad before the summer market shuts.
The Daily Mail says Wenger is ready to bid for Dinamo Zagreb ace Luka Modric, whose agents were in England last week fielding Premiership offers.
Chelsea's Lassana Diarra also remains on Wenger's radar.
