Arsenal are ready to send new signing Joel Campbell on-loan to PSV Eindhoven.
The Sun says Campbell is set to be sent out on loan to PSV Eindhoven after Arsenal were refused a work permit.
The Gunners paid £900,000 for the striker from Costa Rican side Deportivo Saprissa.
