Arsenal youngster Pedro Botelho has signed on-loan with Spanish Segunda Liga Cartagena.
The Brazilian fullback, 20, is again being shipped out to Spain after failing to secure a UK work permit. It will be his third season on-loan in the country.
Former Gunners defender Pascal Cygan is now on the books at Cartagena.
