Arsenal are chasing Tottenham defender Vlad Chiriches.
The Daily Express says reports in Italy suggest that the Romanian will be allowed to leave White Hart Lane on loan in the upcoming transfer window.
And Arsenal are one of five clubs thought to be in the running to land the 24-year-old.
While Roma are thought to be leading the race for Chiriches but Napoli, Inter Milan and Schalke are all also credited with an interest.
