Arsenal see Juventus coach Conte as Wenger successor

Arsenal see Juventus coach Antonio Conte as a natural successor for Arsene Wenger. Wenger comes off contract at the end of this season and has so far delayed opening talks about a new deal.

Sportmediaset says Gunners officials are casting their eye over Conte and his work with Juve - and see him as an ideal successor to the Frenchman.

Only late, last season, Conte expressed ambitions beyond Juve and he has criticised the board in recent weeks over the sales of Emanuele Giaccherini and Alessandro Matri.
