Arsenal have dropped plans for manager Arsene Wenger to meet with shareholders. The Daily Mail says the shareholders were expecting to quiz the Frenchman this month, but the club have told them by email it is unlikely to happen in the short term.
Arsenal have told supporters that there is no further news and that when there is an update it will be posted on the shareholder website.
Wenger traditionally answered supporters' questions at the end of each season, but that was changed after a stormy meeting in 2009.
Arsenal TV were forced to edit the scenes and most of it was left on the cutting-room floor when it was eventually screened.
