Arsenal's Wilshere faces FA misconduct charge

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has been charged with misconduct in relation to Sunday's FA Cup victory parade in London. The 23-year-old led fans in an expletive-laden chant during the club's victory celebrations, mocking Premier League rivals Tottenham. He later apologised, reports BBC Sport.

Wilshere has until 18:00 BST on 10 June to respond to the charge.

The England international was spoken to by Arsenal staff after this latest incident but the club said they would not be taking action.

An FA statement read: "It is alleged his conduct in making and/or inciting certain comments during the club's open bus trophy tour was improper and/or brought the game into disrepute
