Arsenal teenager Jack Wilshere tasted first-team action at Bolton last season and he wants that to continue. The 18-year-old spent the second half of last term at the Reebok Stadium, making 13 Premier League starts, scoring one goal.
Wilshere is currently enjoying pre-season with his parent side Arsenal and manager Arsene Wenger has intimated the midfielder could have a role to play in North London this campaign.
"I just want to play. I haven't spoken to the boss yet, so I'll speak to him and see what happens," Wilshere told the club's official website.
"My loan spell was good overall. I got some games under my belt and that was the main objective of it, to come back with some more experience.
"I think when you play you are used to it and it makes you want more, so you come back even more hungry."
