Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says a decision on Nicklas Bendtner will be made come season's end.
The Danish striker is currently on loan at Sunderland and the Frenchman admits he will speak with the player in the summer to work out whether or not he will remain a Gunners player.
"You know you have some restrictions because you are only allowed 25 players. Therefore you have to make decisions and choices that are of course linked with that.
"At the moment we have 34 players. I believe that many clubs are in this situation. The Premier League have put themselves into this situation where they completely lock the transfer market.
"When the players (including Denilson and Carlos Vela) come back from their loans, many clubs will be in the same situation where they cannot buy because they have too many players.""I have not decided anything yet," he told Arsenal Player. "It will depend a bit on the structure of the whole team. I will sit down with him at the end of the season.
