Arsenal winger Theo Walcott is determined to get over his injury-prone tag and hopes it starts on Sunday with a positive performance against Liverpool.
The promising 20-year old has not been able to show his true wares this season because of constant injuries but believes he can get himself back to his peak and a good showing against his former boyhood heroes can kickstart that.
"Hopefully if I get a start I will play my heart out. I was a Liverpool fan when I was younger and I have always played very well there," Walcott said.
"It always brings back happy memories, so even if it's coming on from the bench, hopefully I'll do a job.
"It has been a long time since I had 90 minutes. The main thing was to battle through and be all right for the weekend. And hopefully play some part in helping the team get a result."
