Park Chu-young is of the belief that this week's international friendly with Greece could be his last opportunity to impress South Korea boss Hong Myung-bo.
The 28-year old striker, who has scored 23 goals in 61 internationals for the Taeguk Warriors, came on for the second half of last month's 4-0 friendly loss to Croatia but feels he didn't do enough to turn the head of Hong.
Park, who is on loan at Watford from Arsenal, is aware that he is running out of time to force his way into South Korea's World Cup squad and is hoping he can produce a stellar performance in Athens on Wednesday.
"After two days of training in Greece, I will play the game, which I believe is my last opportunity," Park told reporters.
"I am not in my best form but I will, nonetheless, try to show everything I've got."
He added: "I will try my best to fit in. I will keep in mind and do what the coaches want me to do.
"I really appreciate my fellow players' support. I really want to make a great contribution to the team."
