Arsenal’s Miyaichi joins Feyenoord on loan

Japanese youngster Ryo Miyaichi has officially been announced as an Arsenal signing before taking up a loan deal with Dutch club Feyenoord Rotterdam.

Japanese youngster Ryo Miyaichi has officially been announced as an Arsenal signing before taking up a loan deal with Dutch club Feyenoord Rotterdam.

The highly-rated 18-year old joined the Gunners a while ago but his deal was only officially unveiled at the end of the January transfer window and now he will go out and further his development in a first team environment in the Dutch Eredivisie.

“We’re delighted that Ryo Miyaichi has joined us. He trialled with us in the summer and has raw ability which has attracted many clubs around the world,” Gunners boss Arsene Wenger told the club’s official website

“We wish him luck in Rotterdam with Feyenoord and we look forward to helping him with his continued progression when he returns to Arsenal.”
