Carl Jenkinson is giving West Ham United a good chance to get the better of Premier League leaders Chelsea.
The ninth-placed Hammers host the Blues at Upton Park on Wednesday night and right-back Jenkinson, who is on loan from Arsenal, feels there is enough quality in Sam Allardyce's squad to a number on the Capital One Cup winners.
"Things are not really going for us at the moment, but hopefully that will change," said Jenkinson in regards to the 3-1 home defeat to Crystal Palace on the weekend.
"Our team morale is still good and there is still a long way to go until the end of the season so we have to stay positive.
"We are not in a bad place in the league, so we just have to keep going, starting against Chelsea. We have beaten top teams this season and we have got to have the mentality that we can beat them."
