Arsenal's Fabregas turns down chance to defend his name to FA

Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has turned down the chance to clear his name. The Football Association have imposed two charges of improper conduct on the Spaniard for allegedly spitting at Hull City assistant Brian Horton and for entering the field of play after the final whistle.

Fabregas will not meet the FA over the allegations stemming from the FA Cup tie with Hull in March.
