Arsenal striker Eduardo netted an important goal for Croatia as they defeated Belarus 3-1 in their Group Six World Cup qualifying clash overnight.
The Brazilian-born forward received a pass from Darijo Srna in the 69th minute when the score was 1-0 to Croatia and doubled the advantage by firing the ball in.
It was a good performance by Eduardo who has had his fair share of injury problems and buoyed the hopes of Arsenal fans leading into the English Premier League season which kicks off this weekend.
