Arsenal striker Andrey Arshavin believes that Alan Dzagoev is the best young player in Russia at the moment.
The CSKA Moscow attacking midfielder is reportedly being tracked by Arsenal as well as some other Premier League clubs and comes with a supportive backing from fellow countryman Arshavin.
"I think Alan is the most talented young footballer from Russia," Arshavin told Sovsport.ru.
"I hope he can develop as a player and he will be the key member of the national team."
