Arsenal reserves coach Neil Banfield has again sung the praises of Norwegian youngster Havard Nordtveit after this week's victory over Portsmouth.
Banfield said: "It is difficult for a young lad to come in from a foreign country and settle in. It can take six maybe seven months to adapt to a different culture and a different style of playing the game and a new tempo. Havard has done really well at that."
The 2-0 win also marked England U17 striker Rhys Murphy's first game of the season, which he celebrated with a goal, and Banfield told arsenal.com: "I have given the lads a little something to work towards which is if they can go unbeaten towards the end of the season then they will have done well and achieved a lot."
