Arsenal remain interested in Juventus striker Vincenzo Iaquinta.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is seeking a major international striker for the January market and has Iaquinta on his shortlist.
Also under consideration are Miroslav Klose (Bayern Munich), Lukas Podolski (Bayern Munich) and Mamadou Niang (Marseille).
