Abel Hernandez has reaffirmed his commitment to Palermo.

The Uruguay striker has been linked with Arsenal and Real Madrid in recent weeks.

"I have a long contract with Palermo," Hernandez told TMW. "I am treated like a king here, and have absolutely no intention to leave.

"I love this city for many reasons. The character of the Palermo people is very similar to that of the Uruguayans.

"I am certain that next season, I can play an even bigger part in the side."
