Arsenal ready to trigger Remy's QPR buyout clause

Arsenal are closing in on a deal for QPR striker Loic Remy. The Daily Mail says the forward, who is currently with France at the World Cup, features prominently on Arsene Wenger's striker shopping list.

QPR boss Harry Redknapp revealed in May that Remy, 27, has an £8million release fee in his contract - and Arsenal are now ready to trigger the clause.
