Neal Reynolds has joined Arsenal from Norwich as assistant to physio Gary Lewin.

Norwich boss Glenn Roeder told the club's official website: "Neal is an excellent physio and we would have liked to have retained his services. However, this is a good opportunity for him and we wish him all the best."
