Barcelona defender Julio Pleguezuelo Selva is interesting Arsenal.
The People says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger plans to sign the 16-year-old in a swoop similar to the capture of Cesc Fabregas a decade ago. Pleguezuelo, who can play at both centre-half and right-back, is a star of the famous Barca youth side.
Arsenal hope to get him for a minimal fee but there could be contract difficulties.
