Arsenal have labelled Cesc Fabregas' value at £40 million as they prepare to for a bidding war between Spanish clubs Barcelona and Real Madrid. The 22-year old has been linked with a move to both clubs during the off-season and despite the fact the Gunners would hate to lose their skipper, a bid around that stated price range would have to be considered.
A Gunners insider told The Sun: "Nobody at Arsenal wants to see Fabregas go but there comes a point when the money is too good to turn down.
"If Arsenal receive a bid in the region of £40m there will be an enormous pressure to sell."
