Arsenal are eyeing Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Ali Al Habsi.
The Oman hero, on-loan from Bolton Wanderers, is interesting Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, says the Wigan Observer.
The current crop of 'keepers at the North London club have come under immense scrutiny this year with Lukasz Fabianski failing to impress and the returning Jens Lehmann embarrassing himself with a string of gaffes when the Arsenal reserves travelled to Robin Park last week.
Al Habsi also benefits from becoming a British citizen later this year, which means he will no longer need a work permit and is hugely important when counting against Premier League and European quotas.
