Arsenal are prepared to sell should they fail to secure Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy to new deals.
The People says midfielder Nasri, 23, and left-back Clichy, 25, are both about to enter the final year of their current contracts.
And the club want to extend their stay at the end of the season rather than risk losing them for nothing the following summer.
Nasri is a target for Inter Milan while Real Madrid have been monitoring Clichy. If either fail to agree new terms this summer then Arsenal will consider cashing in while they can still command a fee.
