Arsenal are being linked with a surprise swoop for QPR midfielder Stephane Mbia.

The Daily Star says the £4m rated midfielder could be the next the player to be leaving the West London club.

Aston Villa and Swansea are both thought to be interested in signing the 27-year-old, with Paul Lambert eyeing up a £2.5m bid.

Mbia is said to be very settled since moving to England and is very eager to stay and make an instant return to the Premier League.
