Arsenal are being linked with Benfica winger Rodrigo Moreno.
O Jogo says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger wants the 22-year-old initially on loan with a view to a summer move.
Rodrigo has English football experience having featured 17 times on loan for the Trotters back in 2010.
