Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is planning a £6 million bid for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Afellay. The Sun says Wenger has been impressed by the 22-year-old, who can play anywhere in midfield.
Afellay has 11 Holland caps after rejecting Morocco's approaches and faced Arsenal in the Champions League two seasons ago.
