Arsenal pair Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas are on the shopping list of Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti.
The People says the Italian oil tycoon is targeting the Premier League transfer market with £70 million to spend this summer.
He wants one from Nasri or Cesc to boost his flagging midfield.
Moratti is even willing to throw one of his own star names as well as cash into the bargain for Fabregas or Nasri, with Brazil defender Maicon, Dutch ace Wesley Sneijder, or Argentina forward Diego Milito on their way out of the San Siro.
