Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke has taken out a 'restraining order' against a former employee.

The Daily Mail reports Kroenke has been forced to obtain a restraining order against one of his employees who stole a gun from the billionaire's home.

Mark Waldo, who is Kroenke's former property manager, is alleged to have taken the gun from inside the Malibu mansion and turned it on himself in an apparent, and failed, suicide bid.

'Silent Stan', who also owns the St Louis Rams American Football and the Denver Nuggets basketball teams, claims he and his family now need protection from Waldo.
