Arsenal have organised a closed doors friendly this week to mark Eduardo da Silva's comeback game.

The Croatian striker has not played since a horror tackle by Birmingham's Martin Taylor in February left him with a double compound fracture of his left leg.

He will play for the reserves against Portsmouth on December 16 but the private friendly will be his first physical contact since returning to training 11 days ago.
