Arsenal are ready to discuss a swap deal with Lorient for defender Laurent Koscielny.
The Mirror says the Gunners had a £4million opening bid rejected by Lorient, but now seem set to return with an offer of £7million, plus youngsters Francis Coquelin and Armand Traore.
Both players are highly rated by Arsene Wenger, but also fancied by the Lorient president Loic Fery, who may demand one, or both of the players if he is to part with his prized defender.
