Arsenal to nick Chu-Young from the clutches of Lille
Arsenal are poised to capture Monaco striker Park Chu-young who looked to be on his way to Lille.
The South Korean was believed to be signing for French champions Lille, but has reportedly headed for London after being informed of the Gunners interest.
Lille and Monaco are confused by the news, as Park had undergone the first part of his medical and had agreed terms.
"We haven't had a telephone call, nothing," Lille president Michel Seydoux said. "From what we understand he could be at Arsenal.
"Like Monaco, Lille are baffled. Everything [about his move] had been agreed."

To hell with arsenal. I just decamp to manchester united.
what is going on?? this guy might be talented, but we need proven players....parker?? cahil?? mata? aguero? imagine if we got those guys, all they would have cost is around 90mil, and thats a 'must investment' as the club needs talent to help other talent (wilshire/sagna/etc)...come on arsene, you must be brave!! gooner for ever!
poor arsenal! all they do now is hijack players in transit because clubs cannot be bothered sitting down to discuss players transfer with a club that is the 5th richest club on earth(pls google it) behaves like it is entering administration.
