Arsenal must cough up big for Samba over Blackburn sell-on clause
Arsenal must cough up big for Blackburn Rovers defender Christopher Samba.
The Daily Mail says Arsenal face having to pay over the odds for Samba after it emerged that former club Hertha Berlin get 15 per cent of any fee for him.
Blackburn are reluctant to sell the centre back but seem certain to insist on at least £12million after agreeing to the clause when they signed him from Hertha for £450,000 in 2007.
Spurs have also expressed an interest in 27-year-old Samba.

Throw in Squillaci + 10 million. Gael Givet can partner up with Sebastien Squillaci. Samba will be the next Sol Campbell at Arsenal, Vermaelen the next Martin Keown.
