Arsenal are eyeing £11 million-rated Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Luka Modric.

The News of the World says Modric, 21, caught Arsene Wenger's eye when the Gunners faced Dinamo in their Champions League qualifier last summer.

He was also a key member of the Croatia team that beat England 2-0 in back in October.

French chief Wenger has already snapped up hitman Eduardo Da Silva - who scored the opener against England - from Dinamo for £5.6m.
