Jack Wilshere insists he is feeling 100% after getting through another key amount of game time on Sunday.
The Arsenal midfielder started and played 66 minutes of England's 2-1 friendly win over Turkey at the Etihad Stadium, getting through unscathed.
Wilshere, 24, missed almost the entire season with a fractured fibula before returning late in the campaign for three Premier League appearances and has now added an international run-out to his list as he continues pushing for selection in Roy Hodgson's final Euro2016 squad.
"I feel good and 100 per cent," said Wilshere.
"I've been back training for seven or eight weeks. I've not played 90 minutes yet but I've played a few games for the first team and I'm looking to improve."
Wilshere will be looking or further minutes when England take on Australia at the Stadium of Light on Friday.
