Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has undergone nose surgery.
Rosicky has had an operation after breaking his nose in two places against Aston Villa on Monday night.
But the Arsenal midfielder could still be available for Saturday's clash against Fulham after being fitted for a protective mask.
The Czech Republic international suffered the injury in a clash with Gabriel Agbonlahor and manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed the midfielder was taken to hospital.
"Rosicky had surgery with a general anaesthetic for a broken nose in two places. With a mask he may be available but we have to monitor it closely."
