Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky was left red-faced on international duty with the Czech Republic.

The Daily Mail says he had to rush to the toilet reportedly suffering with bout of diarrhea midway through their 2-0 win over Turkey, bringing a premature end to what had been an impressive performance.

A slightly red-faced Rosicky reflected afterwards: "When it comes, you cannot seriously play. Maybe it was from nervousness."
