Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka is interesting Bayern Munich.

The 24-year-old midfielder joined the Gunners for around £30million last summer. But the Switzerland international has struggled to convince in English football so far.

Ottmar Hitzfeld managed Xhaka with the Swiss national team between 2011 and 2014.

And he reckons Bundesliga giants Bayern are interested in Xhaka.

“Bayern Munich certainly has Xhaka on their radar," Hitzfeld told Basler Zeitung.

“Xhaka is always a topic for current top clubs, and his development is still ongoing."
