Arsenal midfielder Denilson is extending his stay at Sao Paulo.
Denilson will stay with his hometown club until June 2013 after Sao Paulo agreed to pay the 24-year-old's wages in full.
He had not been expected to challenge for a first-team berth at Arsenal next season, with manager Arsene Wenger reportedly in the market for a new central midfielder.
