Arsenal's medical team deny the players have been hit by food poisoning while in China.
The Daily Mail says Per Mertesacker and Olivier Giroud were unable to play in a friendly against Bayern Munich in Shanghai on Wednesday and Sead Kolasinac threw up on the pitch in the first-half and had to be replaced.
Arsene Wenger blamed it on "food poisoning" and said Theo Walcott and Aaron Ramsey had also been unwell.
But Arsenal's medics claim there was no common factor among the players who have been ill and have believe it is probably a mild stomach bug which has been picked up and passed around the camp.
