Arsenal and Manchester United are a step closer to prising Aaron Ramsey away from Cardiff City.

The Premiership giants are both chasing the exciting 17 year-old prospect and Bluebirds chairman Peter Ridsdale admitted to the Western Mail: "Every player is up for sale, that has always been the case. What has changed is that the price has just got bigger - it would take a massive cheque to prize certain players away."
