Manchester United won't get a clear run at Hull City fullback Andrew Robertson.

The Daily Star Sunday says the 21-year-old was watched by Old Trafford scouts during Hull's game against Brighton earlier this month.

United wanted a left-back in the January transfer window and had eyed Southampton's Ryan Bertrand.

But a move failed to materialise and they're now eyeing Robertson, who was a £2.85m signing from Dundee United two years ago.

But United might not have things all their own way as Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham are also interested.
