Arsenal and Manchester City are eyeing Ajax youngster Frenkie De Jong.
The Sun says Arsenal and City have been in touch about bringing him to the Premier League in January.
Chelsea have also been keeping tabs on him.
De Jong only recently broke into the first team and could be available for as little as £5m, although it is likely that Ajax will hold out for a bigger fee for one of their brightest prospects.
The midfielder has just over 18 months to run on his deal.
He's already played twice for the Netherlands under-21s and is likely to make his senior debut soon.
